Pricing overview
Mount Emporium runs on a prepaid wallet model plus optional membership tiers that unlock more of the catalogue and better tier pricing. This page summarises fees; live plan pricing is on the /pricing page.
Membership tiers

Wallet rules
- Minimum recharge per transaction: ₹500.
- Minimum operating balance to place a new order: ₹100.
- Wallet balances are non-refundable — they can only be spent on orders.
- Order value (product + packaging) is blocked on placement and deducted on dispatch.
Packaging
Packaging is charged separately per order based on the packaging calculator recommendation. Rates are managed centrally by admin and reflected live in the order wizard.
RTO reversals
Returned orders reverse only the product cost × quantity back to the wallet as non-refundable credit. Packaging charges are not credited. See How it works for the QC lifecycle.
