Getting started as a dropshipper
Complete these five steps to place your first private order.
Step 1 — Create your account
Sign up on /auth with your mobile number and email. Mobile numbers must be unique. Google social sign-in is not supported — use email/password.
Step 2 — Complete KYC
Upload GSTIN (or PAN if non-GST), business proof, and address. Head to /app/kyc from the dropshipper dashboard. Reviews are typically completed within 24 hours.
Step 3 — Pick a membership plan
Choose Launch, Growth, or Empire. Higher tiers unlock more products and better pricing. Details are on the Pricing page. Free Starter access lets you browse a limited catalogue.
Step 4 — Recharge your wallet
Minimum first recharge is ₹500. Uploads: transaction screenshot with clear reference number. Once approved by admin, funds are credited to your operating balance. You need at least ₹100 to place a new order.
Step 5 — Place your first order
- Open Private Orders and start the wizard.
- Select products and quantities from the catalogue.
- Run the packaging calculator to add the correct packaging line.
- Upload your courier PDF labels — the system auto-matches SKUs and quantities.
- Review the wallet hold and confirm. Track status from the same page.
Common issues
- Wallet gate: Add funds if operating balance is below ₹100.
- Missing role/plan: Complete KYC and pick a membership tier.
- Label mismatch: Ensure the SKU and quantity on your label match the order line.
