How Mount Emporium works
Mount Emporium is a private supplier platform for verified Indian dropshippers and D2C brands. Approved members access a curated catalogue with tier-based pricing, fund orders from a prepaid wallet, and rely on our end-to-end fulfilment pipeline.
1. Curated catalogue
Products are hand-picked and grouped by membership tier. Each product carries cost price, packaging recommendations, dispatch estimate, and gallery photos. Filters cover category, GST/non-GST, availability, and price range.
2. Private orders
Dropshippers place orders through a guided wizard: pick products, calculate packaging, upload courier labels, and confirm. Uploaded PDF labels are auto-matched against the selected products before wallet hold.
3. Prepaid wallet
Wallet balance funds every order. On placement, the product + packaging value moves to a blocked wallet balance. On dispatch it becomes an actual deduction. Every movement is written to an immutable ledger.
4. Pickup & fulfilment
All orders ship from the Mount Emporium warehouse. Order lifecycle: Confirmed → Packed → Pickup Done → Closed. Dropshippers can view uploaded labels and track status live.
5. RTO settlements
Returns undergo QC. Approved RTOs credit the product cost back to the wallet as a non-refundable balance. Packaging is not credited. Every reversal is auditable in the ledger.
6. D2C storefront (optional)
A separate public shop lets end-customers purchase select products with guest checkout — no signup required. Orders can be tracked at /track with mobile number + order number.
